DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when items controlled by the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) cannot be customized via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen.

    The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) controls the items for the following systems that are customizable via the multi-display screen:

  • Power door lock control system

  • Wireless door lock control system

  • Lighting system (for Interior)

  • Lighting system (for Exterior)

  2. CHECK POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM


    1. Check if the power door lock control system is malfunctioning Click here.

      Tech Tips

      Customization may not be possible depending on the malfunction in the power door lock control system.

      No malfunctions are present in the power door lock control system.

  6. CHECK CUSTOMIZE ITEMS


    1. Display the "Vehicle Customization" screen.

    2. Make a note of the customizable items for each main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) related system.

      The items shown as customizable via the audio and visual system vehicle customization screen can also be changed using the intelligent tester. In the following steps, the intelligent tester will be used.


      1. To match-up the items on the multi-display with the items on the intelligent tester, check the customize parameters list for the power door lock control system related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

      2. To match-up the items on the multi-display with the items on the intelligent tester, check the customize parameters list for the wireless door lock control system related items that can be customized via the multi-display screen Click here.

    3. Using the intelligent tester, confirm that it is possible to change the settings of the customize parameters that are available for customization via the multi-display screen.
