STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU (for LHD)


    1. A019NI5

      Install the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU with the bolt.

      Torque:
      2.8 N*m  { 29 kgf*cm, 25 in.*lbf }
    2. A019KSA

      Connect the connector to the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU.

  2. INSTALL MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU (for RHD)


    1. A019N6F

      Install the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU with the bolt.

      Torque:
      2.8 N*m  { 29 kgf*cm, 25 in.*lbf }
    2. A019JO6

      Connect the connector to the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU.

  3. INSTALL STEERING LOCK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A019JPG

      Temporarily install the steering lock actuator assembly with 2 new tapered-head bolts.

    2. Tighten the 2 tapered-head bolts until the bolt heads breaks off.
