CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (for Front Side) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A019OPE

      Install the No. 1 height control valve sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Coat 5 new O-rings with MP grease No. 2.

    3. A019PA4

      Install 5 new O-rings and connect the 3 height control tubes onto the No. 1 height control valve sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      For the connecting procedure of the tube (type 3), refer to Precaution of Suspension Control System Click here.

    4. Lock the 3 holders.

    5. A019L18

      Connect the connector and engage the clamp.

  2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  3. INSPECT FOR AIR LEAK


    1. Inspect for air leaks Click here.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  5. PERFORM INITIALIZATION


    1. Perform initialization Click here.

      Note

      Some systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
