VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR


    1. A019LKU

      Disconnect the connector of the transmission revolution sensor.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and transmission revolution sensor from the transmission valve body.

  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION WIRE


    1. A019NIJ

      Disconnect the connector of the transmission revolution sensor.

    2. Disconnect the 7 connectors of the shift solenoid valve.

    3. Disengage the clamp and disconnect the transmission wire.

    4. Remove the bolt and lock plate, and disconnect the temperature sensor from the transmission valve body.

      Remove the bolt and lock plate, and remove the transmission wire from the transmission valve body.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL

      Remove the bolt and shift solenoid valve SL from the transmission valve body.

  4. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2

      *4 Solenoid Valve SL1

      Remove the 2 bolts, clamp, lock plate and shift solenoid valve SL2 from the transmission valve body.

  5. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1


    1. Remove the shift solenoid valve SL1 from the transmission valve body.

  6. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT

      Remove the bolt, lock plate and shift solenoid valve SLT from the transmission valve body.

  7. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU


    1. Remove the shift solenoid valve SLU from the transmission valve body.

  8. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3

      Remove the bolt, lock plate and shift solenoid valve SL3 from the transmission valve body.

  9. REMOVE SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4

      Remove the bolt, lock plate and shift solenoid valve SL4 from the transmission valve body.
