AIR COOLED OIL COOLER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

      *1 Oil Cooler Bracket
      *2 Oil Cooler Assembly

      Temporarily install the oil cooler bracket to the body with the bolt and nut.

    2. Tighten the nut, and then the bolt.

      Torque:
      Bolt and Nut A
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the 2 oil cooler hoses to the oil cooler assembly.

    4. Install the oil cooler assembly to the oil cooler bracket with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      Nut B
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL AIR DUCT

      *a Guide

      Install the air duct to the oil cooler assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Be sure to insert the guide on the air duct into the oil cooler bracket.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for Standard)

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package)

    Click here

  5. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Add washer fluid to the washer jar.

  6. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  7. INSPECT FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK
