FUEL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT


    1. A019JTB

      Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 1 fuel suction support to the fuel filter.

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH FILTER


    1. A019LLE

      Install the fuel pump spacer onto the fuel pump assembly with filter.

    2. A019KTA

      Install a new fuel pump filter seal onto the fuel pump assembly with filter.

    3. Apply a coat of gasoline to the fuel pump filter seal.

    4. A019OWW

      Engage the 5 claws on the fuel filter and install the fuel pump assembly with filter.

      Note

      Attach the claws securely.

  3. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A019OOWE01

      Install the fuel pump filter tube while aligning it to the installation position of the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

    2. Connect the jet pump nozzle to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

      Install the fuel filter to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank and attach the 2 claws.

    4. A019OOT

      Connect the fuel pump connector to the fuel pump.

    5. Install the spring to the fuel suction plate shaft and install it to the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

      Install a new E-ring.

      Connect the fuel pump connector to the fuel suction plate.

  4. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

      Slide the fuel sender gauge to fit the claw.
