HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. PRECAUTION

  2. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR COVER LH


    1. A019OFY

      Disconnect the 3 clips.

    2. Remove the 2 screws, 4 bolts and front floor cover LH.

  3. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 2)

      Disconnect the 3 clamps and oxygen sensor connector (for Bank 1 Sensor 2).

    2. A019KN0

      Remove the wire harness clamp bracket.

    3. A019LZLE01

      Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the No. 3 front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A019LPC

      Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 compression springs and No. 3 front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the 3 gaskets from the No. 3 front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the No. 2 oxygen sensor connector (for Bank 2 Sensor 2).

    2. A019OPWE01

      Loosen the bolt (A).

    3. Remove the 2 bolts (B), 2 nuts and front exhaust pipe assembly.

    4. Remove the gasket from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 2)

      Using SST, remove the No. 2 oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.
