FRONT CONSOLE BOX DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE CONSOLE COIN BOX

      Remove the console coin box.

  2. REMOVE BOX PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the box panel sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL

      Open the rear console end panel as shown in the illustration.

    2. A019LLQE01

      Pull the rear console end panel in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) to disengage the guide.

    3. Pull the rear console end panel in the direction by the arrow (2) to disengage the guide and remove the rear console end panel.

  4. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide to remove the rear console upper panel garnish.

  5. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide to remove the front console upper panel garnish.

  6. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

      Pull the console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow to disengage the 3 guides and remove the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT BOX BAND

      Turn the 2 glove compartment box bands in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and remove them as a console compartment door lock sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CUSHION

      Remove the 2 console box cushions from the console compartment door sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Push the stopper (A) shown in the illustration to release them.

    2. With the stopper released, push the console compartment door sub-assembly in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration and remove it.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 BOX SIDE PANEL

      Remove the 6 screws.

    2. A019MVB

      Disengage the 2 clips and guide, and remove the No. 1 box side panel.

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 BOX SIDE PANEL


    1. A019NP7

      Remove the 6 screws.

    2. A019M0V

      Disengage the 2 clips and guide, and remove the No. 2 box side panel.

  12. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

      Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console box assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the LH and RH sides.

  13. REMOVE NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX UPPER PLATE

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the No. 3 box upper plate as shown in the illustration.

  15. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the console box illumination light assembly.

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the No. 1 power outlet socket assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Tape a screwdriver tip before use.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 power outlet socket cover as shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE

      Disengage the 7 clamps and remove the rear console box wire.
