  1. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER BRACE

      Выверните 4 болта, поверните фиксатор, чтобы ослабить его, и снимите скобу элемента передней подвески.

      Tech Tips

      Не снимайте фиксатор со скобы элемента передней подвески.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

      Выверните 4 винта, поверните 2 уплотнительные шайбы, чтобы ослабить их, и снимите защиту картера двигателя № 2.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR

      Disconnect the shift lever position sensor connector.

      Remove the nut, spring washer and transmission control shaft lever with the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly from the shift lever position sensor.

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, pry out the lock plate.

    4. Remove the lock nut and lock plate from the shift lever position sensor.

      Remove the 2 bolts and shift lever position sensor from the hybrid vehicle transmission assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure that the manual shaft has not been rotated prior to installing the shift lever position sensor as the detent spring may become detached from the manual shaft.
