  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE ENGINE MOTOR CABLE CLAMP BRACKET

      for LHD:

      Remove the bolt and engine motor cable clamp bracket from the EGR cooler assembly.

    2. for RHD:

      Remove the 2 bolts and engine motor cable clamp bracket from the EGR cooler assembly and cylinder head sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR PIPE

      Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts, No. 2 EGR pipe, No. 2 EGR pipe gasket and EGR inlet gasket from the EGR valve assembly and intake manifold.

  4. REMOVE EGR VALVE BRACKET

      Remove the 2 bolts and EGR valve bracket from the EGR valve assembly and cylinder head sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.

      *2 No. 12 Water By-pass Hose
      *3 No. 4 Water By-pass Hose

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.

    3. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 12 water by-pass hose from the EGR valve assembly.

    4. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose from the EGR valve assembly.

      Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and EGR cooler assembly from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts, EGR valve assembly and EGR valve gasket from the EGR cooler assembly.
