ВСПОМОГАТЕЛЬНЫЙ РАДИАТОР СНЯТИЕ


  1. PRECAUTION

  2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT


    1. Снимите напольный коврик багажного отделения.

  3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH


    1. Снимите левую облицовочную накладку багажного отделения.

  4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM AUXILIARY NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER

      Освободите 4 фиксатора и снимите боковую крышку моторного отсека.

  6. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL

      Снимите 7 фиксаторов и сальник впускного воздухопровода холодного воздуха.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET


    1. A01FUV7

      Выверните болт и снимите входной патрубок воздушного фильтра № 1.

  8. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER

      Выверните 13 винтов, расцепите 3 фиксатора и снимите защиту картера двигателя.

  9. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter)

    Note


    • Do not reuse the drained coolant because it may contain foreign objects.

    • Collect the drained coolant and measure its volume to establish a benchmark. When adding coolant, make sure to add more coolant than the measured amount.


    1. Remove the reservoir tank cap.

      Loosen the drain cock plug.

      CAUTION:

      To avoid the danger of being burned, do not remove the reservoir tank cap while the coolant for the inverter is still hot.

  10. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)

  11. REMOVE HOOD LOCK RELEASE LEVER PROTECTOR


    1. Отсоедините разъем и освободите 2 зажима.

    2. A01FRM4

      Снимите 2 фиксатора и захвата и защитный элемент рычага разблокировки замка капота.

  12. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A01FU6G

      Выверните 3 болта.

    2. A01FVLT

      Отсоедините трос управления замком капота от замка капота в сборе.

  13. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A01FVXG

      Выверните 3 болта.

    2. A01FSV7

      Отсоедините трос управления замком капота от замка капота в сборе.

  14. DISCONNECT NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE


    1. A01FTN7

      Disconnect the cooling fan ECU connector.

    2. Detach the 6 wire harness clamps to disconnect the No. 2 engine room wire.

  15. DISCONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER (w/ Cover)

      Detach the claw and remove the 2 screws to disconnect the hood lock control cable cover.

  16. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT


    1. A01FQPC

      Disconnect the 3 connectors.

    2. Detach the 5 wire harness clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the upper radiator support.

    3. A01FVDX

      Remove the 5 bolts and upper radiator support.

  17. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER (w/ Cover)


    1. A01FR19

      Выверните винт.

    2. Освободите захват и снимите крышку троса управления замком капота № 2.

  18. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01FUKN

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the 2 water hoses.

      Note

      Apply insulating tape to the pipes and in the disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent entry of foreign matter.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and radiator assembly.
