REAR SPOILER(except Sport Package) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SPOILER

    Note


    • If clips or packings are damaged, replace clips with new ones.

    • Hold the rear spoiler to avoid it from falling.


    1. Clean the threads of the insert bolt on the rear spoiler.

      *1 Insert bolt
      *a Adhesive

      Apply adhesive to the insert bolt.

      Adhesive
      Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1324, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent

    3. Engage the 2 clips to install the rear spoiler.

    4. Install the rear spoiler with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL HOLE PLUG


    1. Install the 2 hole plugs.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
