REAR BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PLATE LH


    1. Engage the 2 guides and 4 claws to install the rear bumper plate LH.

  2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  3. INSTALL CENTER REAR BUMPER BRACKET

      Install the center rear bumper bracket with the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. A004JEJ

      Install the rear bumper reinforcement with the 4 bolts and the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      45 N*m  { 459 kgf*cm, 33 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE BRACKET LH


    1. A004JRI

      Install the rear bumper side bracket LH with the 3 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE BRACKET RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A004HEP

      Install the rear bumper side retainer LH with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  9. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL LH


    1. A004JTT

      Install the rear bumper side seal LH with the 4 clips.

  10. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE SEAL RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
