FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

   
   

   1. Connect each connector.

   2. 

      Align the cutouts of the front bumper cover with the ribs of the front bumper side support.

   3. 

      Engage the 8 claws to install the front bumper cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   4. Install the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   5. Install the 4 clips.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

   6. Install the 7 clips.

   7. Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER UPPER RETAINER

   
   

   1. Install the front bumper upper retainer with the 5 bolts.

   2. Install the 2 clips.

3. INSTALL FRONT MARKER LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Side Marker Light)

4. INSTALL FRONT MARKER LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Side Marker Light)

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Side Marker Light)

6. INSTALL SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Side Marker Light)

7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

8. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR FOG LIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT

9. PREPARE FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING

10. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING
