FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  2. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Side Marker Light)

  3. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Side Marker Light)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE FRONT MARKER LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Side Marker Light)

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER RETAINER


    1. A004HWV

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Remove the 5 bolts and the front bumper upper retainer.

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

      Remove the 4 clips.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

    3. A004JPX

      Remove the 7 clips.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts.

    5. A004JOG

      Remove the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

    6. A004IG0

      Disengage the 8 claws as indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

    7. Disconnect each connector and remove the front bumper cover.
