HORN REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (except CHINA)


    1. A004IWZ

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt, and the high pitched horn assembly with horn bracket sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (for CHINA)


    1. A004IWZ

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt, and the low pitched horn assembly with horn bracket sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE HORN BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004HQQ

      Remove the bolt and nut, and the horn bracket sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (except CHINA)


    1. A004I2A

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and low pitched horn assembly.

  6. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (for CHINA)


    1. A004I2A

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and high pitched horn assembly.
