FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for RHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Engage the 7 clamps and install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

      *a Matchmark

      Check that the matchmark of the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly is aligned with the center of the clamp.

    3. A004JLVE03

      Install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly as indicated by the arrows in the order shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

    2. Install the 2 nuts and fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

    3. Return the floor mat.

  3. INSTALL HANDLE COVER


    1. Install the handle cover with the screw.

      Torque:
      4.5 N*m  { 46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 PACKAGE TRAY TRIM SPACER


    1. Install the No. 2 package tray trim spacer.

    2. Install the 3 clips.

  5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH

  6. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH


    1. Install the 5 clips and the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH.

  7. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  9. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH
