POWER OUTLET SOCKET REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

      *1 Protective Tape

      Using a screw driver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the No. 1 power outlet socket assembly while pressing the inside claw.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 1 power outlet socket assembly.

      Tech Tips

      If it is difficult to remove the No. 1 power outlet socket assembly, remove the lower instrument panel sub-assembly first and disengage the claw in the back.

  3. REMOVE CLIP

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the clip.
