PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL ORNAMENT (w/ Large Ornament Panel)

  3. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Large Ornament Panel)

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and disengage the 6 claws.

    2. A004ILE

      Disconnect each connector and air conditioning control assembly.

    3. A004JBO

      Disengage the 2 claws and the cable assembly (for RH side).

      Tech Tips

      Setting the temperature adjustment dial to MAX HOT is useful when replacing the air conditioner unit assembly, and makes positioning easier when attaching cables.

      Disengage the 2 claws and the cable assembly (for LH side) and remove the air conditioning control assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Setting the blower dial to FACE is useful when replacing the air conditioner unit assembly, and makes positioning easier when attaching cables.
