  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A004I8UE01

      Tighten the bolt B to temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly.

    2. Install the bolt A.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

    3. Check if the ELR locks.

      Note

      The check should be performed with the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed.


      1. With the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

      *1 Protruding Part

      Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.
