REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the 2 bolts and rear seatback lock striker sub-assembly LH.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOOK STRIKER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER LH


    1. Engage the 3 clips and install the rear seatback lock striker cover LH.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL REAR WINDOW SIDE GARNISH LH

  8. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM LID SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH


    1. Engage the 8 clips and install the luggage compartment trim cover LH.

    2. Install the 3clips.

  11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH


    1. Install the front door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

  13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  16. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the 2 bolts and bench type rear seatback assembly.

      Torque:
      33 N*m  { 337 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 3 clips and rear seatback cover.

  17. INSTALL REAR FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the 2 clips and rear floor carpet assembly.

  18. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the hook and install the separate type rear seat cushion assembly LH.

    2. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
