  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE METER HOOD SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL METER ORNAMENT

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Knee Airbag)

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Knee Airbag)

  7. REMOVE LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER

  8. REMOVE UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER

  9. REMOVE TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER

      *1 Protective Tape

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the 2 claws and remove the transponder key amplifier.
