ENTRY AND START SYSTEM(for Entry Function) DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK DTC

    Tech Tips

    When using the GTS with the engine switch off to troubleshoot: Connect the GTS to the DLC3 and turn a courtesy light switch on and off at 1.5 second intervals until communication between the GTS and vehicle begins.


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Entry & Start / Trouble Codes.

    5. Check for DTCs.

  2. CLEAR DTC
