POWER STEERING ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A004J7CE02

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector from the power steering ECU assembly.


      1. As shown in the illustration, pull out the lock of the lock lever and turn the lock lever to disconnect the connector.

    3. Disconnect the 3 connectors from the power steering ECU assembly.

    4. A004IOT

      Disengage the clamp.

    5. Remove the 2 bolts and power steering ECU assembly.

  4. REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU BRACKET (for LHD)


    1. A004IXH

      Remove the 4 screws and power steering ECU bracket.

  5. REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. A004ILZE02

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the connector from the power steering ECU assembly.


      1. As shown in the illustration, pull out the lock of the lock lever and turn the lock lever to disconnect the connector.

    3. Disconnect the 3 connectors from the power steering ECU assembly.

      Remove the 2 bolts and power steering ECU assembly.

  6. REMOVE POWER STEERING ECU BRACKET (for RHD)

      Remove the 4 screws and power steering ECU bracket.
