BRAKE PEDAL(except LHD M/T) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD


    1. A004HA7

      Remove the brake pedal pad from the brake pedal support assembly.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL


    1. A004JUZ

      Remove the bolt and nut from the brake pedal support assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Hold the bolt in place and loosen the nut.

  3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL RETURN SPRING


    1. Remove the brake pedal return spring.

  4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR


    1. Remove the pedal shaft collar.

  5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BUSH


    1. Remove the 2 brake pedal bushes.
