WATER PUMP ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE WATER PUMP PULLEY

  2. INSPECT ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. Turn the pulley and check that the water pump bearing moves smoothly and quietly. If necessary, replace the engine water pump assembly.

      If necessary, replace the engine water pump assembly.

      *2 Water Hole

      Visually check the air hole and water hole for coolant leaks.

      If necessary, replace the engine water pump assembly.

  3. INSTALL WATER PUMP PULLEY
