EXHAUST MANIFOLD REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

  2. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD


    1. A004KFB

      Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the front exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the gasket.

    3. A004K3V

      Remove the 6 nuts and the exhaust manifold.

    4. Remove the 2 gaskets.
