The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
REMOVE BODY SIDE NAME PLATE
Tech Tips
Use the same procedure for both body side name plates.
When removing the body side name plate, heat the vehicle body and body side name plate using a heat light.

Note
Do not heat the vehicle body or body side name plate excessively.

Put protective tape around the body side name plate.
Insert piano wire between the vehicle body and body side name plate.
Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to the piano wire ends.
Pull the piano wire and scrape off the double-sided tape that holds the body side name plate to the vehicle body.
Note
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
Remove the body side name plate.
REMOVE NO. 1 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR
Remove the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector.
REMOVE NO. 2 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR
Remove the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.
REMOVE NO. 2 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR
Remove the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.
REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE MUDGUARD PROTECTOR

Remove the No. 1 side mudguard protector.
