GRILLE SHUTTER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE MOTOR COVER


    1. A01FQX5

      Detach the 4 claws and 2 guides and remove the motor cover.

  2. REMOVE SWING GRILLE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01FSGI

      Fully close the radiator shutter.

    2. A01FVD5

      Detach the 4 guides and remove the swing grille actuator.

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL


    1. A01FTO7

      Remove the radiator grille seal.

  4. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL LH


    1. A01FSH5

      Remove the radiator side air seal.

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
