RADIATOR GRILLE REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. Install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem with 2 new spring nuts.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)


    1. Install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem with 2 new spring nuts.

  3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING


    1. Attach the 9 claws to install the radiator grille moulding.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

    Tech Tips

    When installing the No. 2 radiator grille protector, heat the radiator grille bracket using a heat light.

    Item Temperature
    Radiator Grille Bracket 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

    Note

    Do not heat the radiator grille bracket excessively.


    1. When using a new radiator grille bracket:


      1. Clean the surface of a new radiator grille bracket.

      2. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille bracket surface.

    2. When reusing the radiator grille bracket:


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille bracket surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille bracket.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

    3. A01FRLU

      Install a new No. 2 radiator grille protector.


      1. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille bracket.

      2. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the No. 2 radiator grille protector.

        Tech Tips

        After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      3. Install the No. 2 radiator grille protector.

        Tech Tips

        Press the No. 2 radiator grille protector firmly to install it.

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET


    1. Install the radiator grille bracket with the screw.
