      Component without harness connected

      (Headlight Cleaner Control Relay)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      6 (PB) - 4 (E) Auxiliary battery voltage not applied 10 kΩ or higher

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (IG)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 4 (E)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 5 (FRWA)

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (IG)

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 2 (H)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 4 (E)

      		 Below 1 Ω for 0.8 to 0.9 seconds, then resistance increases by large amount

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 3 (IG)

      Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 1 (HDLO)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 4 (E)

      Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 5 (FRWA)

      If the result is not as specified, replace the headlight cleaner control relay.
