AIR CONDITIONING PANEL INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ION GENERATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Ion Generator)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the rear air duct sub-assembly.

    2. Install the No. 1 ion generator sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

    3. Attach the clamp.

  4. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. A01FTJJ

      Insert the multi-media module receiver assembly.

      Note

      When inserting the multi-media module receiver assembly, do not press the knobs on it.

    3. Attach the 2 claws and 2 clips.

    4. Install the multi-media module receiver assembly with the 2 bolts.

  5. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 9 clips and guide to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
