ROOM TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL COOLER THERMISTOR


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the cooler thermistor (room temperature sensor).

    2. Connect the connector and hose.

  2. INSTALL AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Ion Generator)


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the air duct sub-assembly.

    2. Install the clip.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY (w/ Ion Generator)


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. Attach the 7 clips to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

  4. INSTALL MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connectors.

    2. A01FTJJ

      Insert the multi-media module receiver assembly.

      Note

      When inserting the multi-media module receiver assembly, do not press the knobs on it.

    3. Attach the 2 claws and 2 clips.

    4. Install the multi-media module receiver assembly with the 2 bolts.

  5. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 9 clips and guide to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.
