DESCRIPTION

The combination meter assembly communicates with the ECM via the CAN communication system.

U0100

Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • No communication with the ECM continues for 2 seconds or more.

  • ECM

U0129

Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • No communication with the skid control ECU assembly continues for 3 seconds or more.

  • Skid control ECU assembly

  • CAN communication system

U0130*

Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • No communication with the steering control ECU continues for 3 seconds or more.

  • Front steering control ECU

Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • No communication with the power steering ECU continues for 3 seconds or more.

  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • No communication with the main body ECU continues for 3 seconds or more.

Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • No communication with the center airbag sensor assembly continues for 10 seconds or more.

      Tech Tips

      If CAN communication system DTC U0100, U0129, U0130, U0131, U0142 or U0151 and another DTC are output at the same time, perform troubleshooting for CAN communication system DTC U0100, U0129, U0130, U0131, U0142 or U0151 first.
