DESCRIPTION

The parking brake ECU assembly receives vehicle tilt information from the acceleration sensor (yaw rate sensor) via CAN communication.

DTC Code Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1245/62

One of the following conditions is met:


  1. An error signal is sent from the acceleration sensor for approx. 0.3 seconds.

  2. While the acceleration sensor signal is judged to be stuck, starting off and stopping the vehicle occurs 16 times.

  3. Comparison error between acceleration sensor 1 and acceleration sensor 2 output values occurs for 60 seconds or more.
