LUMBAR SWITCH (for Sports Seat Type) REMOVAL

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side Click here.

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD RH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and 2 clips and remove the front seat inner No. 1 cushion shield RH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 3 claws and 2 guides.

    3. Detach the hook and remove the front seat cushion shield RH.

  4. REMOVE POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB RH (for Slide)

    1. Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using moulding remover A, detach the 4 claws and remove the power seat switch knob RH.

  5. REMOVE POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB RH (for Reclining)

    1. Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using moulding remover A, detach the 3 claws and remove the power seat switch knob RH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT POWER ADJUSTER SHIELD RH

    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the 2 clips and remove the front power adjuster shield RH.

    3. A01FVTP

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    4. A01FQHV

      Remove the 4 screws and switch bezel from the front power adjuster shield RH.

    5. A01FSY9

      Remove the 2 clips from the front power adjuster shield RH.

  7. REMOVE POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 3 screws and 3 nuts.

    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the power seat switch assembly from the switch bezel.

  8. REMOVE FRONT LUMBAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the front lumbar power seat switch.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
