LUMBAR SWITCH (for Sports Seat Type) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL FRONT LUMBAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the front lumbar power seat switch to the switch bezel.

  2. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the power seat switch assembly to the switch bezel.

    2. Install the 3 nuts and 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL FRONT POWER ADJUSTER SHIELD RH


    1. Install 2 new clips to the front power adjuster shield RH.

    2. Install the front power adjuster shield RH to the switch bezel with the 4 screws.

    3. Connect the 2 connectors.

    4. Attach the 2 clips to install the front power adjuster shield RH.

    5. Install the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB RH (for Reclining)

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the power seat switch knob RH.

  5. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB RH (for Slide)

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the power seat switch knob RH.

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH


    1. Attach the hook to install the front seat cushion shield RH.

    2. Attach the 2 guides and 3 claws.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD RH


    1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the front seat inner No. 1 cushion shield RH.

    2. Install the screw.

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

  9. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
