ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

    Note


    • Avoid excessive force to the accelerator pedal sensor.

    • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

    • This accelerator pedal does not require lubrication.

      Do not apply oil or lubricant to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

      If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.


    1. Install the accelerator pedal sensor with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the accelerator pedal sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL

      A01FRJI Push

      Attach the 3 claws and install a new accelerator pedal.

      Note

      Securely insert the new accelerator pedal into the accelerator pedal support bracket.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connectors and attach the clamp.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

    3. Install the 3 screws <A>.
