OIL PRESSURE SWITCH INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. Using SST, install a new oil pressure sensor.

      SST
      09268-46012
      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 210 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL OIL COOLER TUBE


    1. A01FRKA

      Install the oil cooler tube to the valve body.

      Note

      Make sure to fully insert the oil cooler tube.

    2. Install the oil cooler tube clamp with the bolt.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not pinch the wire harness when tightening the bolt.

  3. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SWITCH


    1. Install the oil pressure switch (PB1).


      1. Install the oil pressure switch (PB1) to the valve body.

        Torque:
        4.4 N*m  { 45 kgf*cm, 39 in.*lbf }

        Tech Tips

        The oil pressure switch (PB1) is marked with blue paint.

      2. Connect the oil pressure switch connector.

        Note

        Make sure that the terminals are securely engaged with the oil pressure switch.

        Tech Tips

        If the terminals do not engage securely, replace the transmission wire.

    2. Install the oil pressure switch (PB3).


      1. Install the oil pressure switch (PB3) to the valve body.

        Torque:
        4.4 N*m  { 45 kgf*cm, 39 in.*lbf }

        Tech Tips

        The oil pressure switch (PB3) is marked with purple paint.

      2. Connect the oil pressure switch connector.

        Note

        Make sure that the terminals are securely engaged with the oil pressure switch.

        Tech Tips

        If the terminals do not engage securely, replace the transmission wire.
