TCM УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL TCM


    1. Install the 2 brackets to the TCM with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

      Install the TCM assembly to the engine room ECM box with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Install the TCM in the engine room ECM box with the name plate facing the inside of the vehicle.

      • Make sure that water and foreign matter do not enter the engine room ECM box when the engine room ECU cover is off.

      • If the TCM has been dropped or subjected to a severe impact, or there any cracks, dents or other defects on the ECU housing, replace the TCM with a new one.

      • Make sure that the stud bolts are securely installed into the front and rear bolt holes.

    3. Connect the 2 TCM connectors.

      Note

      Be sure to securely connect the 2 TCM connectors.

    4. Connect the 2 ECM connectors.

      Note

      Be sure to securely connect the 2 ECM connectors.

    5. Connect the connector holder and grommet to the engine room ECM box.

      Note

      Be sure to securely connect the claw.

      Connect the junction connector to the connector holder.

    7. Connect the 2 engine wire connectors to the connector holder.

  2. INSTALL ECM COVER


    1. Установите крышку ЕСМ и закрепите ее 3 болтами.

      Torque:
      5,5 Н*м  { 56 кгс*см, 49 фунт-сила-дюймов }

      Note

      Убедитесь, что жгут проводов не зажат между деталями.

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
