TCM СНЯТИЕ


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  3. REMOVE ECM COVER

      Выверните 3 болта и снимите крышку ЕСМ.

      Note


      • Удалите всю влагу с крышки ECM и вокруг нее.

      • Данную проверку необходимо выполнять в помещении.

      • Остерегайтесь попадания воды в ECM (разъемы и винтовые соединения).

  4. REMOVE TCM

      Disconnect the 2 engine wire connectors from the connector holder.

    2. Disengage the claw and disconnect the junction connector from the connector holder.

      *1 Grommet

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw.

    4. Disconnect the grommet and connector holder from the engine room ECM box.

      Disconnect the 2 ECM connectors.

    6. A01FERW

      Disconnect the 2 TCM connectors.

    7. A01FIQN

      Remove the 2 nuts and TCM from the engine room ECM box.

      Note

      If a TCM has been struck or dropped, replace it.

      Remove the 4 screws and 2 brackets from the TCM.
