HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH.

    2. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH and drain the washer fluid.

      Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for both headlight cleaner washer nozzle covers.


    1. A01FHYP

      Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      for Sport Package:


      1. Remove the clamp.

    2. A01FE3O

      Remove the screw.

    3. Push the tab shown by allow (1) and disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the spring nut from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01FIVL

      Remove the screw.

    2. Push the tab shown by allow (1) and disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the spring nut from the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly RH.
