WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the N35 and N36 windshield wiper switch assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the N35 and N36 windshield wiper switch assembly connectors.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  2. CHECK HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY (w/ Headlight Cleaner)

    1. Disconnect the A24 headlight cleaner control relay connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      The headlight cleaner control relay uses a waterproof connector. Therefore, voltage cannot be checked with the connector connected to the vehicle.

  3. CHECK COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH, MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    *1 Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) - -

    1. Remove the main body ECU from the cowl side junction block LH Click here.

    2. Connect the cowl side junction block LH connectors.

    3. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
