POWER SEAT SWITCH (for Luxury Seat Type) INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the power seat switch assembly to the switch bezel.

    2. Install the 3 nuts and 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL FRONT POWER ADJUSTER SHIELD LH


    1. Install 2 new clips to the front power adjuster shield LH.

    2. Install the switch bezel to the front power adjuster shield LH with the 4 screws.

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Attach the 2 clips to install the front power adjuster shield LH.

    5. Install the 2 screws.

  3. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB LH (for Reclining)

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the power seat switch knob LH.

  4. INSTALL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB LH (for Slide)

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the power seat switch knob LH.

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH


    1. Attach the hook to install the front seat cushion shield LH.

    2. Attach the 2 guides and 3 hooks.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER NO. 1 CUSHION SHIELD LH


    1. Attach the 2 clips and 2 claws to install the front seat inner No. 1 cushion shield LH.

    2. Install the screw.

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  8. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

  9. INSPECT SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM

  10. INSPECT POWER SEAT CONTROL SYSTEM
