METER / GAUGE SYSTEM FREEZE FRAME DATA


  1. FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Whenever a meter DTC is stored, the meter CPU stores the current vehicle state as Freeze Frame Data.

  2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Trouble Codes.

    5. According to the GTS display, select the trouble code data display with Freeze Frame Data.

      Lost Communication with VGRS The distance and time when the DTC stored Min.: 0, Max.: 999999
      Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module The distance and time when the DTC stored Min.: 0, Max.: 999999
      Lost Communication with Body Control Module "B" The distance and time when the DTC stored Min.: 0, Max.: 999999
      Lost Communication with Restraints Control Module The distance and time when the DTC stored Min.: 0, Max.: 999999

  3. CLEAR FREEZE FRAME DATA

    Note

    Clearing the DTC will also clear the Freeze Frame Data.


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Clear the DTC and Freeze Frame Data Click here.
