DESCRIPTION
This DTC is stored when one of the following occurs: 1) tilt sensor (yaw rate sensor) power supply malfunction; 2) tilt sensor (yaw rate sensor) open malfunction; or 3) EEPROM malfunction.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
Note
If the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) is replaced, refer to the Service Bulletin.
When replacing the tilt sensor (yaw rate sensor), perform zero point calibration Click here.
Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
PROCEDURE
CHECK FOR DTC
Clear the DTCs Click here.
Turn the engine switch on (IG), then off.
Set the theft deterrent system to "ARMED STATE".
Check that the security indicator changes from illuminated to blinking.
Set the theft deterrent system to "DISARMED STATE".
Check for DTCs Click here.
