PROCEDURE

1. START DIAGNOSTIC MODE

   
   

   1. Activate diagnostic mode and check if the "Service Menu" screen can be displayed Click here.

      OK
      Diagnostic mode can be activated.

   REMOTE TOUCH SELF CHECK (OPERATION CHECK) Click here

2. CHECK PANEL & STEERING SWITCH (OPERATION CHECK)

   
   

   1. 

      Enter the "Panel & Steering Switch Check Mode" screen. Refer to Check Panel & Steering Switch in Operation Check Click here.

   2. Operate the abnormal switch and check if the switch status is correctly displayed.

      OK
      The switch status is correctly displayed as operated.

   REPLACE MULTI-MEDIA MODULE RECEIVER ASSEMBLY Click here

3. REMOTE TOUCH SELF CHECK (OPERATION CHECK)

   
   

   1. Activate self check mode Click here.

   2.

      Check switch operation.

      
      

      1. Move the remote touch switch knob to the lower left.

      2. Check that the switch illumination when each switch on the remote touch is pressed.

         Result

4. REPLACE REMOTE TOUCH (REMOTE OPERATION SWITCH)

   
   

   1. Replace the remote touch (remote operation switch) with a new or known good one Click here.

   2. Check that each switch operation on the remote touch is accepted normally.
