DESCRIPTION

The DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU) stores DTC C1B0A/42 when the target angles sent from the VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU) via the local bus and sub bus do not match.

All conditions are met for approximately 1.5 seconds or more:


  • The engine switch is on (IG).

  • The power source voltage is 10 to 16 V.

  • The target angles sent from the VGRS ECU via the local bus and sub bus do not match.

  • VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU)

  • DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU)

  • Harness or connector

Note


  • When replacing the VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU), perform actuator angle neutral position calibration and initialization after replacement Click here.

  • When replacing the DRS ECU (rear steering control ECU), perform neutral position memorization and motor rotation angle sensor calibration Click here.

  1. CHECK FOR DTC
