REAR SUNSHADE SYSTEM Key-off Operation Function Operates even if Operating Conditions are not Satisfied

DESCRIPTION

• When the front doors are closed, rear sunshade can control its rear sunshade operation for approximately 60 seconds after the engine switch is turned from on (IG) to off by receiving operation permission signals from the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

• However, when approximately 60 seconds have elapsed, or a front side door is opened within approximately 60 seconds of the engine switch being turned off, the rear sunshade disable manual operation.

1. CHECK REAR SUNSHADE OPERATION FUNCTION AFTER ENGINE SWITCH TURNED OFF

   CHECK NO. 2 INTEGRATION RELAY Click here

   OK

   REPLACE REAR WINDOW SHADE ASSEMBLY Click here

2. CHECK NO. 2 INTEGRATION RELAY

   
   

   1. Temporarily replace the No. 2 integration relay with a new or normally functioning one Click here.

   2. Check the rear sunshade operation function after the engine switch is turned off Click here.
