REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL

    1. Detach the 4 clips, 2 claws and 2 guides.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the rear console end panel.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 CONSOLE END PANEL

    1. Detach the clamp.

    2. Detach the 6 claws and remove the rear No. 2 console end panel.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

    *2 Connector Clamp

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the connector clamp.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Using a screwdriver, depress the claw labeled A from the front of the upper console panel.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. While depressing the claw labeled A, detach the claw labeled B from the back of the upper console panel, and then push out the power outlet socket in the direction of the arrow in the illustration to remove it.

  4. REMOVE REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear power outlet socket cover.
